Terms Entered in Search Boxes
A name, place, or other term entered in a search box is transmitted to the outside provider that operates that tool. Matagorda County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy practices govern its handling of the query.
Emails and Other Messages
If you send an email or submit a contact message, we retain the information needed to understand and answer it. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
